Tips for choosing running shoe (Part 2) (English version)

Share it Please
Nowadays, we have many bands, many models for running shoe. I want to help you as much as I can but all of my running shoes are Adidas!!! (Part 1)
From my point of view, Adidas running shoes have 4 series
  • Adidas AdiStar (the most expensive)
  • Adidas Supernova
  • Adidas Response
  • Adidas AdiZero (I’m never use this series.)

Are they different?

For now, I’ll tell only AdiStar, Supernova & Response. For AdiZero, it’s designed for racing or long distance runner. For AdiStar, Supernova & Response, they can category to 2 classes that are Control & Cushion. They were designed for support each foot type. (Under pronation, Over pronation or neutral.)
If I have to explain all models in all series, I think it’ll take long time. In this blog, I’ll explain the different on each series.
Adidas AdiStar
You'll have many technologies in this shoe because it’s the most expensive!!!
Technology in this shoe: 3D Formotion, adiPRENE, adiPRENE+, Pro-Moderator, geoFIT, TORSION SYSTEM, quickstrike, noseam, adWEAR (Pro-Moderator has in class control only) However, The shoe with many technologies might heavy for you from long distance running.

Adidas Supernova
Some model in this class has technology as same as in AdiStar such as Adidas Supernova Sequence. You might have a question. What the different?
Some technology like 3D Formotion, AdiStar has 3D Formotion area more than Supernova 3D Formotion area. By that, AdiStar can support impact better when compare with Supernova. For my point of view, Supernova is very interesting series because their price and their technology.
Adidas Response
This series has less technology than Supernova in every model. Response has NOT 3D Formotion, NOT noseam, NOT Pro-Moderator in class control, NO geoFit….But they have 2D Formotion, adiPRENE, adiPRENE+. In some model, they might have Formotion, 2ECOND density, adWEAR, TORSION SYSTEM, quickstrike.
Thank you reading
